I absolutely am. Anything past the easiest loops here are things that I would only do with an API. However you absolutely could do some of these things with Claude Code or Codex or anti-gravity, where you're essentially asking it to run independent agents to accomplish different tasks to prevent overloading a single context window.
Are you using API calls to create these harnesses? "Spinning up new instances" is a bit opaque for me.
